Introduction

Welcome to Quaflow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quaflow website, together with its content, domains, tools and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by QUAFLOW OÜ ("Quaflow", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Estonia with its registered office at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Veskiposti tn 2-1002, 10138, Estonia.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement ("DPA"), constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quaflow.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

"Account" means a unique account created for you to access our Services or parts of our Services.

"Content" means any information, data, text, software, graphics, messages, tags, or other materials that you may view on, access through, or contribute to the Services.

"Customer" or "User" or "you" means the individual or entity accessing or using the Services.

Account Registration and Eligibility

1. Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an Account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to update this information to maintain its accuracy.

We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from an individual under 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
