Thank you for your interest in the Upload Center Shopify App Affiliate Program (the "Program"). This policy outlines the terms and conditions for participating in our program. By joining the Program, you agree to abide by these terms.

Program Overview

Our Affiliate Program allows you to earn a recurring commission by referring new users to the Upload Center Shopify App. You will receive a 20% commission on the monthly subscription fee for each user who signs up using your unique affiliate link.

Commission Structure

Commission Rate: 20% of the referred user's monthly subscription fee.
Commission Type: Recurring. You'll continue to earn commission for as long as the referred user remains a paying subscriber to Upload Center.
Minimum Payout: $50. Commissions will be accrued and paid out once your earnings reach a minimum of $50.

Payment

Payment Method: PartnerJam.
Payment Frequency: Monthly. Payments will be processed and sent to your PartnerJam account within the first 10 days of each month, provided you have met the minimum payout threshold.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Promotion: Promote the Upload Center app through your website, blog, social media channels, or other approved marketing channels.
Accurate Information: Provide accurate and truthful information about the Upload Center app. Do not make misleading or exaggerated claims.
Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and marketing.
Branding: Use our approved marketing materials and branding guidelines.

Program Restrictions

Self-Referral: You cannot refer yourself to the Program.
Spamming: You cannot engage in any form of spamming, including unsolicited emails or messages.
Misrepresentation: You cannot misrepresent your relationship with Upload Center or the app.
Cookie Stuffing: You cannot engage in cookie stuffing or any other fraudulent activity to generate commissions.

Termination

Upload Center reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of this policy.
Engaging in fraudulent activity.
Damaging the reputation of Upload Center and Quaflow.

Modification

Upload Center may modify this policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued participation in the Program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
